grounding

The opening work of a new series (Series 1) exploring connection to nature, stillness, and the search for inner balance.

grounding came after a period of transition, out of a wish to return to something essential: to be more present, to look more closely, to find connection through nature and creativity. The painting doesn't mark the end of a thought - it marks the beginning of something still unfolding.
